Georgia's passion for creating compelling content and leveraging the speed and breadth of digital media propelled her into this dynamic field. Having started her career writing for magazines, she found the immediacy of digital content exhilarating. She loved the fact that rather than waiting months for her articles to be published, she could now pitch a story in the morning and see it live by lunchtime.
The shift into digital PR was an organic one; having worked with PR professionals for years as a journalist, she gained a keen insight into what the media is looking for and the stories and angles that will really resonate.
Excited at the opportunity to combine her journalistic and PR experience in a digital role, Georgia joined the UR Digital team in 2024.
Georgia loves cats and like them, she believes that curiosity is the key.
When she's not working, Georgia is busy writing her next novel, having published her first—Confessions of a Once Fashionable Mum—with Black Inc in 2017.
