Kerrie is the CEO of Success Works Partners, CEO of NFP Ocean and the Managing Director of Foundational Business Pty Ltd. She is the Chairman of Sydney Hills Business Chamber, a member of the Regional Advisory Council for Business Western Sydney, and Member of the Member Elected Council for BusinessNSW.

She has worked with small business owners and Non-Profit Organisations helping them grow their businesses from ideas to reality for over 15 years as a business consultant.

Prior to starting her own business, her career in large corporates included senior management roles for PwC Australia, Verizon (MCI Worldcom), AAPT and Optus.

Kerrie’s key business driver is to increase the effectiveness of small businesses and not for profit organisations, reducing the rate of failure by providing practical and achievable help to founders and their teams, to empower and equip them to succeed.
