You agree that UR Digital Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss in organic search rankings as a direct or indirect result of the consulting sessions.
Customer, in this case the person / company making the booking on behalf of himself or company will be responsible for any change in organic search rankings as a direct or indirect result of the consulting sessions.
All consulting sessions to be booked and completed within their validity from the date of purchase.
All purchases and bookings are final and non-transferable.
Cancel and re-schedule once for free. Additional cancellation & re-scheduling will incur a $49 (ex-GST) Admin Fee for every rescheduling request & will depend on calendar availability. In case of no calendar availability, should you choose to cancel; your booking will be forfeited and no refunds provided.
Cancellations under 4 Hours of your booking time not permitted. If you continue to choose to cancel under 4 hours of your booking time, your booking will be forfeited and no refunds provided.
No refunds for no shows. No shows automatically forfeits their bookings.
